related with improvement of the energy efficiency of houses, public buildings and industrial
buildings and appurtenances .

4. Development and confirmation of the spiritual values, the civic society,the public
protection of health, the education, the sciences, the culture, the technique,
the technologies, the physical culture .

5. Financial support of persons and organizations .

6. Assistance of needy, of invalids, of persons, who need cares .

7. Assistance of the social integration and of the personal self-realization .

8. Protection of the human rights .

9. Protection and preservation of the environment .

10.Decrease of the unemployment .

12.Extend the qualifications and re-qualification of unemployed and needy people .

13.Assurance of conditions to acquisition of work experience and practical skills .

14.Assurance of financial, technical and business consultations of unemployed and people
in needs, during the process of their qualification and/or their looking for job .

16.Creation of opportunities for extending the qualifications and for job finding by
assurance of information for free job positions. Collaboration in the process of searching
of workspace, buildings and/or committing of peaces of land for their use or cultivation .

activities, related to the improvement of the life conditions in municipal houses or in
houses, which are possession of charitable organizations .
